Full-Day Practice Inspection (7 Hours)
Service Description
This service includes a comprehensive, full-day visit to your practice (7 hours). We require access to all relevant documents and the support of a designated staff member throughout the day. Following the inspection, you will receive a detailed written report outlining key findings and any recommended actions to ensure compliance and best practice.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy before confirming your service: Booking Confirmation All services must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and/or written confirmation via email. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service selected. Payment Terms Hourly Services (e.g. Policy Writing & Auditing) are charged at £70 per hour. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the work, with payment due within 7 days. Fixed-Fee Services (e.g. Treatment Co-ordination including Open Days) are charged at £500, with a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. Access Requirements For in-practice services, we require access to relevant documentation and the support of a designated staff member throughout the visit. This ensures the service is delivered effectively and efficiently. Travel & Additional Costs Travel costs may apply for practices located outside a 20-mile radius and will be agreed in advance. Any additional costs (e.g. printing, materials) will be communicated prior to the service and added to the final invoice, if applicable. Late Payments Late payments may incur an additional charge of 5% per week past the due date. Continued non-payment may result in future bookings being declined.
