Full-day practice inspections
Treatment co-ordination services
Open day planning and delivery

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Bookings & Payments

Services may be charged at an hourly rate (£70/hr) or a fixed fee (e.g. £500 for treatment co-ordination including open days).
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.
Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 5% charge per week overdue.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed within 7 working days if approved.

Client Obligations

Clients must:

Provide access to all necessary documentation and facilities as required for service delivery.
Assign a staff member to support on-site services where applicable.
Ensure a safe and professional environment for any on-site visits.

Travel & Additional Costs

Travel expenses may apply for practices located more than 20 miles from our base and will be agreed upon in advance.
Additional costs (e.g. materials, printing) will be communicated and itemised on the invoice.

Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and content provided are the intellectual property of our business and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide accurate and professional guidance, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or regulatory actions resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
